Group Therapy

Contact me to ask about a new 60-min monthly maintenance group for adults with OCD who are 18 years old and up. Individuals must have made progress towards their primary treatment goals. They may have worked with me or with a therapist or psychiatrist outside of my practice and would benefit from group support and accountability.

OCD Treatment Consultation

I provide consultation to professionals and students who are looking for guidance in treating individuals in their own private practice who have OCD.

I also provide consultation to individuals and their family members who are struggling to find high-quality OCD treatment and are looking for referral direction beyond what I can provide through my website or through a 15-minute complementary call. The consultation package includes meeting with the individual, and family when relevant, then matching them with a therapist in my professional network who is available for new patients and is an appropriate fit for their treatment and financial needs. This option is suitable in cases when my caseload is full or I am not an appropriate fit to work with the individual. Please contact me for more information about this process and fees.

Professional Development Consultation

I provide formal consultation to early career psychologists who are embarking on their next professional steps and are looking for guidance as they consider working in private practice and/or hospital settings.

I also consult with doctoral and masters-level graduate students who are looking for guidance and accountability in completing required academic and clinical coursework (e.g., when time-management is a challenge) and/or seeking training and professional networking opportunities in line with their professional goals and values. While I consult with current Northwell Health graduate student trainees as part of my work at the Northwell Health OCD Center, those outside of the Northwell Health student network can contact me for more information about fees for professional development consultation.
